What People Are Saying About This Class
I really enjoyed the topics we covered today. We don’t often think about these things on a daily basis, and sometimes we struggle to understand why people act, react, or handle situations differently. I’ve always noticed cultural differences, but I hadn’t considered the impact of generational differences as much. I found it really interesting, and it makes me want to observe my coworkers and their styles more closely. By doing so, I might be able to work more effectively without feeling frustrated, as I’ll understand that the differences come from generational perspectives.
