I really enjoyed the safe space to listen, ask questions, and discuss. Some of the lessons that stood out were hearing the perspectives and experiences of coworkers but also learning some tips for language and discussion from Jeff. These are hard and important topics but also uncomfortable and we all have different levels of experience, knowledge, and comfort so I appreciate that the format respected that but also encouraged folks to engage and share.
